Which notes motivation technique works better?
Study smarter, not harder: poll 3/5.
---
I'm going to make polls about study techniques.
The first poll is about focusing techniques.
The second one about notes taking techniques.
The third one about motivation techniques.
The fourth one about learning techniques.
The fifth one about the ones who won the other polls.
---
Do you use any of these techniques?
1) Reward system: setting a reward if you reach your study goal. For example buying something you really wanted if you get a good grade, or playing videogames in the evening if you reached your daily goal.
2) Journaling: writing down your worries, your feelings, your goals, your achievements and anything that helps. Most effective right after waking up.
3) Study groups: study with other people, either repeating things to each other and asking each other questions, or just being in the same room as other people who are studying (online too).
4) Kaizen one minute principle: focusing on studying for a single minute, every day at the same time, then keep doing it if you feel like going on after that minute ends.

I think it's about forcing yourself to do it
I just sit and study lol
My motivation method is probably giving my self a tasty treat. But I won’t do it when I’m not hungry.
What an interesting method! Thanks for saying it ^^
For me, having another person to study with me helps because then I have another stimulus so I don't get easily distracted, and doing a hobby before I study helps me too
It's good to know what keeps you focused
I picked Journaling but it’s more like writing down my to do list and what needs to get done. I usually write “start at _____ and end at _____“ it motivates me to get it done at that time i planned on.
Of course, I wrote it as a generic "write stuff on something"
