So back in January/February I was struggling with products causing my skin to break out, everything I used just seemed to cause me to break out so I decided to give some Asian skincare products a try since I’m constantly hearing how amazing they are.
Best decision I’ve made for my skin. My skin has been so hydrated, hardly ever get breakouts, if I do it’s just one or two tiny ones mostly due to menstrual cycle hormones. I have never been happier with my skin and as I’m in my early 20’s now I want to ensure I do what’s best for my skin.
I will leave the products I’ve been using and living below. I love these products so much I’ve repurchased them all. Most are Asian skincare products but a couple are just ones I liked from before I tried these.
I’ve been using them for almost 5 months now so I’ve given plenty of time for my skin to adjust.
Cleansers-
Senka Perfect whip, I use the original (Blue) in the morning and the Collagen one (Pink) at night. These are so gentle and fluffy. I’m obsessed with how good these feel when cleansing the skin. It doesn’t leave the skin dry after rinsing it off either.

Toners-
Cosrx AHA/BHA clarifying treatment toner, I spray this on at night after cleansing, I’m not a big fan of physical exfoliating so this is a perfect option as it’s gentle on my skin.

I’m From Rice Toner, this is probably my favourite toner in existence. I got it after seeing a TiKTok about it and I love it, it hydrated the skin, is very gentle and leave the skin feeling nice. I use it in the mornings and occasionally at night if my skins feeling a little dry.

Essence/Serums-
COSRX advanced snail 96 mucin power essence, this product has helped keep my skin feeling hydrated and plump. I use it morning and night, 3 drops.

Beauty of Joseon revive serum ginseng and snail mucin, this is one of the best serums I’ve tried so far. Usually serums cause my skin to break out but this is one of the few that doesn’t. My skin has felt a lot brighter since I started using it.

Moisturisers-
COSRX Advanced Snail 92 all in one cream, this is my favourite moisturiser ever, my skin is left feeling so hydrated and healthy since using this. I use it twice a day.

Laneige water sleeping mask, I use this before I apply the snail 92 all in one cream, I need to use 2/3 moisturisers at night cause my skin seems to dry out/dehydrate a lot more at night. It’s super nice and well worth the money.

Dr Eve Ryouth vitamin c + hyaluronic acid night moisturiser, this is a bit pricey at £59.99 but I’ve been loving it. I apply a tiny amount after my other moisturisers at night.

Eye cream-
Eye cream isn’t exactly necessary but I like it, I use the Origins Ginzing, refreshing eye cream, it does exactly what it says it brightens and depuffs the under eyes.

SPF- (MOST IMPORTANT PART OF A SKINCARE ROUTINE)
Isntree Hyaluronic acid watery sun gel and hyaluronic acid airy sun stick are my go too spfs. They don’t leave a white cast and are non greasy feeling. I absolutely love them.

I know this seems like a lot of products but my skin is loving them, it’s never been so healthy and hydrated. As always I recommend you do your own research and finding good skincare for your skin is a trial and error process so please be patient.
Also if anyone has any retinol recommendations that isn’t the ordinary please leave them below it would be much appreciated 🥰
