I would like to thank those who came to us with the idea to open clubs for our community.

Leadership has discussed this idea and would like for this to become a new addition for everyone to enjoy.

So how would this work? Keep reading if you're intrested!

How To Apply To Make A Club

Let me make this clear, clubs are not going to be a staff addition.

This will be lead by for .

However, to ensure we don't get duplicate clubs and to ensure things run smoothly, we will have people apply to make an offical club.

If you want to make a club you must make a post with the following:

•Ensure the person making the application is at least level 14

•Have a basic structure of the club

•Who will help you lead the club.

You will need to present a club president and club vise president.

•Basic rules your club has. (You make them, they all must follow the [guidelines])

•Once you post the post you will need to do the following to ensure its submitted properly.

If multiple applications are given, let's say for art clubs, leadership will choose only one art club. But you're welcomed to apply to make more clubs if yours doesn't get accepted.

What to do once your club gets approved

Great! You're now president of your own club, what to do next?

•Make an offical wiki for your club

We will have a folder specially for clubs. This will help ensure that you're the only club on this amino that is for, let's say art.

The wiki will be what the club is about and what chat its held in (do not have presented in this wiki, you're free to make a separate one. However this wiki will be published as an official wiki for to pin to their profiles.)

•All clubs are to be presented in a public chatroom, so can easily .

•Come to a leader with the link of your vice president and yourself (assuming you're the president of the club) and ask for a title for your club. (Only you two will get a title)

•Have fun! The rest is now up to you, your club is now offical and you can now do what you wish with your club.

Things to be aware of

•All s have the right to your club if things violate the guidelines. They will moderate what is happening, but will immediately leave after the situation is done.

Unless is a member of said club.

•If club president and/or vice president goes inactive and leadership gets word of this, after a certain amount of time, we will be forced to transfer ownership. To ensure the club remains active.

Steps to take

-If the president is inactive, vice goes to president and new vice is chosen.

-If vice is inactive, president must choose a new vice.

-If both is inactive, leadership steps in

•If the chatroom remains inactive for 10+ days, your club will be removed.

•All clubs must not follow any staff like events. (Takeovers, chronicles, challenges, welcoming and etc..) If you would like to do any of the following, you must get a leader approval.

If found doing this, without permission, a leader will message the Vice/Pres.

•Any unofficial clubs will be removed and disabled from public chatrooms. This is to avoid duplicates.
