Hello everyone and welcome back to

another blog of mine! Today I’m back

with   another flashback friday blog

and I hope   you all enjoy what I’m

about to be reminiscing! Today I’ll be

talking     about    bts’s    2018     mma

performance   which   still leaves an

everlasting impression on me to this

day.   The    whole    performance    is

amazing and I can’t wait to   bring it

                    all back to you!

Without further ado, let’s get into it!

The mma’s otherwise known as the

Melon Music Awards, is an annual awards

show hosted by Kakao entertainment.

This awards show invites multiple Korean

artists to perform and win awards.

There have been spectacular performances

over the years by multiple artists on the

mma’s and I can’t wait to show you one

of the best!

The mma’s otherwise known as the

When the first scene from the

performance opens up, we get the

words “who are you” popping onto

the screen. And then they open to

the little intro video. Where we see

a mirror with a foreign language

written on it.

Next we have a member in a dark

cloak and mask walk out into the

room. He then goes over to the

mirror and sees his reflection, but

his reflection is moving while he is

staying still. The member infront of the

mirror then turns around to face the

people behind him where we see 6

more people all in black cloaks. The

member separated from the others

then walks up to them and we fade

into the real life performance.

In the opening sequence we’re hit

with a dark looking box, where the

are in their own little section.

We open when the light turns onto

Jimin, doing his solo performance, and

then it bumps over to Jungkook and

J-Hope, where they start to do their

own solo performance. The camera

stays on Jungkook, until J-Hope’s

light dims and flips to RM, and

Jungkook and RM look like they’re

staring at one another.

Next the camera pans to RM, and he

does his solo performance, until it

bumps over to Yoongi. After Yoongi

finishes his solo, we see Taehyung’s

bright red hair pop up in his section

and get to see him do his solo

performance. The last member to pop

up is Jin, and he finishes it off with a

bang. He grabs a cord, and turns on

everyone’s lights, and all the

are then stuck in place in their little

dollhouse with their masks hanging

above them.

After their solo performances, Taehyung

walks out of his box and onto the stage

with his mask up to his face. He walks to

a certain point and the camera slowly

pans behind him to show all of the

right behind him in a line. This

starts the performance for Fake Love.

At the end of fake love, they stay in

their ending position for a while, and

then a whole mob of people in black

cloaks and masks come out and hide

the to an edited version of

Fake Love. And then as the mob of

people in cloaks disappear, we see the

pop up and put on the hoods

of their black cloaks, one by one.

They then line up in a line and place

their masks over their faces, and

disappear into nothing!

The camera then cuts to the opening

music of airplane pt2 and the

come out to a stage that looks a lot like

somewhere in southern America. We first

see Jungkook come out, followed by

Jimin, and then Taehyung, all singing

their parts and giving a fabulous

performance with their stage presence.

Next we see Jin and RM come out to do

their parts, and then Yoongi and J-Hope

come out with everyone else to start their

dance. We see a spectacular performance

from all the ! After the song

ends, we cut to a video of the Spring day

music video, and some of BTS’s live

performances.

After the intro video, we are now

getting introduced to the idol

performance. Three had a

solo during this performance. The

first was J-Hope where he did the

traditional Samgo-Mu dance with 14

other dancers. He danced to

traditional Korean music and performed

with drums.

The next solo went to Jimin, where he

performed the traditional Buchae

dance with a fan. He performed

outstandingly and with so much grace.

All the fans surrounding him in the

dance just showed off how much

beauty Jimin possesses.

The last solo went to Jungkook, where

he performed the traditional mask

dance, and was surrounded by dancers

in masks. Jungkook used cloth for his

prop and danced wonderfully and with

so much charisma it was insane. He

ended his performance by putting on a

mask of his own, and the camera then

cut to the stage showing the dancers on

stage.

The last performance of the night is Idol,

but the did something very

cool and performed it in traditional

Korean Hanboks! They all had different

ones on and they were so pretty! I love

all of them! RM even had on a tealish color

hanbok and it just matched him so well

aghhhh! The performance was so hype

and such a great way to end their night.

Idol just makes me want to get up and

dance along it’s such a hype song! This

was an amazing performance from the

boys and I loved it all!
