Ametrine- The “Successful” Forced Fusion

Since Ametrine is said to look like a mix between an amethyst and a Citrine, I had a somewhat dark idea for how they would exist in the show.

Some gem scientists(who I will later design) take two rebels who had been captured, a citrine and an amethyst, and have them poofed. Before they have the chance to reform, they slice the gemstones in half. They then use a substance similar to the little robots who do repairs to the warp pads to put them together. Despite the one with smaller halves shattering while trying to reform, the other half emerges as Ametrine. Ametrine immediately freaked out and runs away, destroying obstacles with their equally thrown together weapon. While she is stable enough to stay fused, Ametrine has a split personality that will switch between the generally nervous citrine and the aggressive amethyst. They do not like the situation they are in, but knew that they needed to stick together to survive. Luckily, they were accustomed to each other before they were captured and considered themselves friends. All they want to do is escape and be at peace. While she has learned how to function between her two halves over time, she will often be found having conversations with herself(even though it is simply citrine and amethyst having a conversation).
