No matter how deep the mud is, you can always somehow keep moving your feet forward. It might get deeper, and it might slowly become more shallow. Believe, believe in your own willpower.

You will overcome anything. It's in the nature of humans, after all.

Be known for your integrity.

Bravery and Integrity go hand in hand — as you need to be strong, firm, and honest. A lot of the time, it's not really easy. Standing on principles you genuinely believe in will have people challenging you on them. Whether you are "objectively" or "subjectively" correct, it's good to stand on moral principles.

Why? Unfortunately, people will develop very different morals than you or whoever else reads this. They could be good, or they could be bad, which in itself is a very stark view on them. Staying firm to your own shows that you will not back down, and that in itself is highly commendable.

Be patient.

Patience is always a tough one to try and develop. Whether it be in a stressful situation or just standing in line at the store. It's frustrating, but patience is a skill that will matter further down the line — as well as possibly help someone in the long or short term.

Empathy is what drives humans to achieve moral grounding and a more earthly balance. Place yourself in others' shoes, realize that often more times than not, you can be a positive changing factor in someone's life.

Don't be afraid to show your own opinion, even though it can be scary. Your uniqueness is what the world made you for, and to deny it of that would be to bastardize your inner self.
