Couldn’t start the blog off without this leading man himself, Yuji Itadori. Itadori is a bubbly, tough & at the same time sensitive character in the JJK series. From the start, I knew Yuji would make for a great protagonist because of how cool and relatable he was. Yuji never wanted to kill anyone and always looked for the positivity in every situation.

Yuji is definitely the glue that holds his friends together and I think he has one of the best growths in the series. All he does is level up and learn. I’m amazed as to how badass of a character they’ve progressed him to be and that’s why us fans love it. When it comes to his design it’s just cool. If there’s anything that Jujutsu Kaisen characters have in common, it’s the cool designs. Yuji during the Shibuya Incident was the best for me and I hope to only see more of his greatness in the future.

𝒞𝓊𝓇𝓈ℯ𝓈 𝒾𝓉𝓈： 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐨 🪡

Mahito is one of the most gaslighting troll based anime characters I’ve ever seen lmao. Mahito firstly has a wicked design with the patch face & trippy eye color dead zombie look. Another unique design. Mahito as a character has sent everyone through hoops tryna take him down lol. There is something comedic & entertaining that #Mahito brings anytime he’s shown.

I just think his battles are so entertaining to read or watch on screen because he talks so much shit, that you want to seen him get whooped :joy: . It’s like he always has a trick up his sleeve to not get killed and he’s always slipping away. Villians like these are memorable rather they annoy us or not. I think Mahito is a great definition of a strong character who makes us angry in a good way. He’s a troll to me like I said. You can’t deny that he’s just that good of a character :joy:

𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐦𝐢 𝐅𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐨 :black_circle:

Megumi is a character I liked as soon as I picked up on this series. I like his layed back vibe but also very calculated & smart. Megumi has a hard time opening up at the beginning of the series but him becoming bros with Yuji, has made all the better. Megumi has that spiky sea urchin design hair that you can’t forget lmao.

Megumi’s domain & cursed energy relating to beasts is what stands out the most to me. People always underestimate Megumi like he doesn’t have a plan after plan during battle. I feel he’s a little under appreciated due to his popular father Toji Fushiguro and that’s understandable. Megumi does hold a lot of weight from the Zenin clan and it’s cool to see him grow from the things that hold him back. A top tier sorcerer and Megumi deserves his props.

𝒩ℴ 𝒸𝓊𝓇𝓈ℯ𝓈？ ℐ𝓉𝓈： 𝐓𝐨𝐣𝐢 𝐅𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐨 :muscle: 🏻

Probably one of the most popular characters in anime right now & in this JJK series. It’s Toji Fushiguro. Toji gets mad respect for his savage personality and peak physique. Guys hit the gym for his physique & and girls get down bad. Toji has such a simple but cool design and he’s just a character that has been pulled off perfectly. From a deep backstory of him feeling islolated and it having that cursed energy, to taking on the likes of Saturo Gojo and putting a hurting on him too!

Toji just might be my favorite in the series too because that man can use a gun, sword & has his lil cursed spirit on his shoulder like a boss. Toji hunts down & shows no remorse. I like how the importance of Toji’s character has been highlighted throughout the series. Truly a peak character.

How dare I combine these two characters together 🤣. There’s a reason, they’re just the strongest 🤷‍♂. I don’t make the rules. Sukana is the demon that dwells inside Yuji Itadori and he’s been wreaking havoc ever since his debut. Sukana was complete control & destruction and he’s nothing but the devil himself. Very cool satanic design with the markings & tattoos. This is a fan favorite character. What I like is how utterly ruthless Sukana is and how it takes so many just to contain him. A true powerhouse. We can’t talk powerhouses without mentioning the goat though. #GOJO

Gojo is right next to Toji in popularity and it’s clear to see why. He’s the unbeatable sorcerer who EVERYONE FEELS. Dripped in the cooled style and an ego to match. Gojo is the strongest sorcerer which would only make Sukana fitting to be the strongest villain(curse). I think Gojo’s eye abilites are such a great concept to add in the series. I’m a fan of uniqueness when it comes to power scaling & Gojo is in a league of his own. Truly the best of the best out of this series. Anytime you see Gojo battle, it’s cinema worthy. :100:

🗡𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢 𝐙𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧, 𝐓𝐨𝐠𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢 :fish: & 𝐘𝐮𝐭𝐚 𝐎𝐤𝐤𝐨𝐭𝐬𝐮 ☠

How could we forget the upperclassmen? Every school has them. Talk about another iconic trio. Maki in my opinion is the best female character in the series. Maki was counted down in her early days but still made it possible to become an excellent sorcerer. Sharing a similar story about the Zenin clan as Toji, Maki has exponentially grown in this series. Maki snapped and hasn’t looked back since. I love swing female characters turn rogue and badass from how much trauma they’ve been through. Maki is written amazing and I’m a part of her fanclub for sure. From her technique and strength, Maki is notable one of the best. Inumaki may not say much, but he’s a whole threat in his own right.

So powerful but quirky. Most fans like Inumaki because of his personality. It’s never a good thing when he opens his mouth so he stays hush, until it’s time for combat. Inumaki just might be the most capable sorcerer of his group. I love this character. Another character you probably shouldn’t mess with is Yuta Okkotsu! Yuta has a very sad but wholesome past that now helps defines his power. Yuta lost someone dear to him that made him keep fighting & become what he is today. A highly respected sorcerer by Gojo. I like how intimidating & reassuring Yuta is because you just know he’s ready for anything.

𝒞𝓊𝓇𝓈ℯ𝓈 𝒾𝓉'𝓈：🧠𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐮 𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐨 & 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐨

The mastermind of it all, Suguru GETO. Geto (or so we call him :eyes: ) has had me at a very torn standpoint throughout the series. Sure he looks cool & looks like he smokes hella weed, but that didn’t stand out to me. Geto as a person is truly real & understanding and it’s sad to see how badly his character got corrupted. A genius character though nevertheless.

Geto’s character shows how corruption & false ideals create the illusion of a more perfect state. Such a great antagonist was needed in this series after the load of great protagonists. I don’t agree with Geto on a lot but I will say that he’s just been one of those characters who doesn’t learn by words. It’s very interesting seeing how is character changes throughout the story and he’s definitely popular as well. In the same hate him or love him pot, you’ve got Choso! Choso is has one of the most trendsetting character designs in this series. My favorite thing about him is his blood technique, it reminds me of the Legend Of Korra series. This character has a sad past & is truly wholesome when we get to know more about him. Choso may be ignorant but he’s a good character to me. Funny too lol.

Lastly but no least, we have Nanami! 🤯Nanami to me has been another Gojo in the sense of being fly and powerful at the same time. All the sorcerers respected Nanami and that made me look at him with more respect as well. Nami is so powerful and he can switch off the cool guy act in a heartbeat in battle, Nanami is a G. Nanami’s combat ability can’t be rivaled and I’m a huge fan of the weapon he possesses. So challenging.

Nanami is THE threatening force & he proved that until the end. Any dude who can whoop you in a suit shouldn’t be fucked with :no_good: ‍♂ :joy: . Nanami instilled wisdom in all the characters and he’s truly one for the books. We know his worth :100:

So I know there are many more iconic & well written characters in this Jujutsu Kaisen series. This has to be the most popular newer generation series that has so many beloved characters. It reminds me of the Naruto series all over again, in the best way possible :fire: . Each of these characters stand out on their own and possess talents that makes us fans love them. Every chapter of the #manga I’m shocked to see one of these guys, because they never disappoint. :100:

As the end of the series only approaches, I can say that this series will go down in history as peak & one of the best. Great character’s followed by an edgy plot is all any anime fan could hope for. Not to mention how many cosplays & merch I’ve seen fans display recently. The JJK hype is real. I’m glad I gave this series a try!
