Hello fellow Hunters, what's up?

In my opinion, it's important that you have a good behavior while hunting online with randoms or new hunters. That's why I wanted to make a guide on how you should behave as a newbie when you are online. Of course you don't have to follow these "rules" I made for myself.

I had the idea for this post because I currently played online and there were some people who really got me angry.

ing a lobby

1. It's normal for people to greet each other when they meet, even someone who's a stranger to you. A normal "Hi" can make a difference. As you know, the first impression is important.

2. When you a hub make sure you got the right armor and weapon equiped. Of course you can change that but as I said the first impression is important and you shouldn't go into a lobby with a non-skill-armor.

3. Don't go into a lobby and post your quest. You may ask and then when you got permition from the host, you can select the quest you need to do. Some people may allow it, some not. Don't get salty if he/she says no. If the adjustment of the hub says that they hunt a specific monster, then don't in and ask for your quest. You should do some quest first before you ask.

4. The host selects the quest. It's not a good sign if you go and select the quest everytime (At least for me). It seems that you only want your quests done. Especially when you do your key-quests. Of course there are some advanced quests that appear and disappear again and when the host asks or gives you permition, then you can post your quest or the quest for the specific monster you are hunting.

Making your own hub

1. Don't be sad if nobody s. You can ask people on this Amino for help or look for another hub with the same adjustments.

If there is no one around who helps you and there is no other hub, just go and try to hunt another monster or change the adjustments.

2. Don't kick people directly. It's mean and you should tell them for example that their HR is to low or that they have no skills active. Of course you should kick them when they don't greet you, post their quest and spam "plz help" or when they don't accept the fact that their HR is to low.

3. If you decide to change the monster you're hunting then ask the whole lobby if they want to. Just because you are the host doesn't mean that you can decide for the others. If they don't want to change you should hunt with them or leave and make a new hub or look for another one. If they all agree and the whole hub starts to farm that other monster, set your adjustments to that specific monster.

4. Don't worry if someone goes afk. Everybody has to go the toilet or to eat. It's easier when they the quest and then wait at the base camp. Then when they are ready again, they don't have to wait at the hub and can the hunt at any time.

In the hunt

In my opinion, it's important that you have a good behavior while hunting o

1. Don't be worried if you cart, it happens to everybody. Of course you should say that you are sorry. When somebody else carts and says that he/she is sorry, you should tell them that they don't have to worry or that this is no problem. It makes them feel better.

Even if someone carts 3 times in a row, you can still try the quest again. Everybody has sometimes a bad day or a bad hunt, so don't give up and try again.

2.Be prepared for everything. Get bombs, don't forget traps and do not forget life powder. It's important to be prepared for everything.

3. If you have to hunt 2 monster at the same time (not in the arena), you should go on one monster and don't seperate. I don't know if it takes longer or it's faster but if someone needs to get healed you can then use a life powder and the monster could be distracted by another hunter.

I follow these rules because that's how I am. Also I play a lot with randoms and I thought that these would help me to get along with them.
