Starting Small - Zerowaste

Lately I've been getting into zero waste and it was only fitting to share what I've started.

Months ago when I went to Ikea, I bought some reusable sandwich pouches which I use for lunches. It works great for sandwiches, tortillas, and tortilla chips.

A purchase of mine a few weeks ago was reusable muffin and baking liners. My family is obsessed with asparagus and it was ridiculous how much parchment paper we used to make them. Now I can make guilt-free asparagus, roasted tomatoes, cookies, and more.

Just a few days ago I made a project of transferring spices, sugar, and other products into old peanut butter jars and glass containers that we had stored in the basement. Now if I wanted to, I could go bulk shopping (which is hopefully in the works!).

Small steps is still progress. 🙂

Very nice!! You'll be happy with your spices. They're so much fresher refilling from bulk purchasing.
