Awesome! Hope to find this!!! It will be my third time back in Vietnam. I Everyone used bone broth for the pho I had (I wasn't vegan at the time!). I can't wait to try the veggie version. Any specific restaurants you can recommend?

I wasn't there for that long...I recommend to go for a Mekong river tour...you'll get the vegetables and fruits as a part of the tour.
