A taglock of target
Vampire blood incense or dragon blood incense ashes
Leftover water from another curse
Moon water
Mix together the incense ashes and the Moon water so it looks like that. Add the curse water. Add the taglock. Shake up. Say back off! Adding your intent. Place somewhere far from your sight, so they can "Back off."
Once they have stopped bothering you, you'll need to reverse the hex with whatever reversal you have on hand. Throw the ingredients down the drain or use for another curse. Container can be used again.
