Hᴇʟʟᴏ ᴛʜᴇʀᴇ, ᴛᴀᴛᴀ ʜᴇʀᴇ!

Today I'm going to share some studying tips, keep in mind that everyone has there own special ways, but I'm gonna share mine, so you can do it your own way.

1- Before studying

Before studying I highly suggest meditating, exercising or reading a book, you can also do yoga. These activities help you be more focused and clear your mind. I normally calm myself by the #selfcare app(that I mentioned in the previous blog's).

2- Planning

This is what I do instead of a planner. Get a whiteboard/paper and some sticky notes. Divide your sticky notes into 4 categories 1- I must do (most important) 2- I should do 3- I might do 4-goals. You can try out different things to or do a planner or a todo list.

3- A clean environment

I have talked about this before. Having a clean environment affects your mood, if you have a clean and tidy room you might feel more productive. You can do the 3 minute challenge, which tidy your area for about 3 minutes before and after you study.

4- Getting ready

So what I recommend is to have some snacks or some water near you so you don't get distracted by feeling hungry or thirsty.

5- Study step by step

What I mean by this is that it's not healthy to study for more than 7 hours, I suggest you start studying for 3 hours and start building up to 6. Please don't stress yourself if you feel tired or stressed, don't keep going, take a break or a nap. You really don't need to study that much. You probably can't take all that information in one day

I ʜᴏᴘᴇ ʏᴏᴜ ғᴏᴜɴᴅ ᴛʜᴇsᴇ ᴛɪᴘs ʜᴇʟᴘғᴜʟ, ɪғ ʏᴏᴜ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴀɴʏ ǫᴜᴇsᴛɪᴏɴs, ᴘʟᴇᴀsᴇ ᴅᴏ ᴀsᴋ!
