Useful Competitive Items

Here is a list of great competitive Items;

Life Orb:

Increases the power of ALL attacking moves your Pokémon has by 30%, which is very strong. Because this is so strong, you will take a small amount of recoil after each attack but that minor HP is worth the extra power.

(Best used on a Sweeper styled Pokémon.)

Rocky Helmet:

A Pokémon attacking you with a move that makes will suffer significant recoil.

(Best used on a Wall styled Pokémon to slowly chip your opponent down.)

Assault Vest:

Increase the s Special Defense by 50%.

The of this Item can't use moves that are not direct attacks, so recovery moves, status moves etc won't work.

(Best used on a Pokémon with 4 attacks - high offense, high Special Defense Pokémon like Conkeldurr or Goodra.)

Leftovers:

Recover a small portion of your HP at the end of each turn.

(Best used on Wall styled Pokémon.)

Focus Sash:

If the is at full HP, prevent a direct attack from getting a killing blow, leaving you on 1HP instead.

(Best used on a frail set up styled Sweeper.)

Lum Berry:

Cure the first of ANY type of status such as Burn etc, or status infliction such as Confusion.

(Best used on a set up Pokémon to prevent crippling effects such as Kingdra or Salamence.)

Can't be sure atm. We have limited information, so until we get more, such as how the Pokemon's stats are effected etc, it would be impossible to predict.

As soon as I know more, I'll drop a post on it though :ok_hand:
