Sigil Banishing Spell

Yesterday my best friend and I used sigils to create easy and powerful banishing spells with the of a very enthusiastic Hecate. Today I’m going to share with you how we did this!

I have 3 sigils I had already prepared and used before. They were not created by me, but the intention/energy used is what matters most. All 3 of these sigils are used for banishing negativity in the form of energy, people or spirits (attached photos)

We wrote these sigils on a piece of paper, not the cleanest sigil work in the world but again, if the energy and intention is clear then it doesn’t matter if it’s not perfect looking. After this we created our own individual sigils made from the words of the sigils power and wrote those on the other side of the paper, connected to the sigil on the other side.

From here we folded the paper thrice, found a fire safe bowl and a lighter. Once sitting I recited a prayer of help (that I wrote) to our Goddess Hecate so she could aid us in our spells.

“Hecate with your help

We banish those who harm.

With toxic folk behind us,

May we find peace and calm.

Deliver us from evil,

From enemies that be.

And with your help Hecate,

We can finally be free.

So mote it be,

So mote it be,

So mote it be.”

We recited this as our paper began to burn as well as once before to bring Hecate to us. Once the paper began to burn, it did not stop until all the paper had turned to ash - a show of a very strong and well executed spell! From there we threw the ash into the wind and let it carry our problems far away.

Hope that this is a spell that others will find useful. It’s cheap/free, works quickly and powerfully and it is a fun, creative, theatrical way to perform easy witchcraft.
