[C]Dream deciphering was meant to give insight on dreams a person has had. Dreams were significant in many different cultures as they were seen to be a way to know what is going on in your life. Some cultures had special people who were dedicated to figuring out what a dream meant, because dreams could affect a community as well as just the individual. One of the more famous stories of dream deciphering is that of Joseph who interpreted the Pharaoh's dreams and prevented the instability from a 7 year drought.

Dreamwork is ing your dreams rather than just watching them. Dreamwork involves learning to lucidly dream so you can take over a dream to then use for various different things.

In Dreamwork you can meet your ancestors, or higher beings such as guides or deities. You can perform shadow work and learn more about yourself. You can do manifestations in your dreams when you don't have a way for materials or are closeted. You can astral travel and see many different worlds and dimensions.
