As many of you know, the lowest winning percentage in NBA history belongs to the 2012 Charlotte Bobcats at 7-59 (.106) which is more likely an equal to a 9-73 or an 8-74 record if had happened in a full 82-game season.

With that being said, that winning percentage is still embarrassing even for a lockout-shortened season that only had 66 games and didn't really tipped off on Christmas Day.

In your opinion, do you think the 2012 Bobcats would still set the lowest winning percentage if they had plahed a full 82-game season?
