Happy pride month! :sparkles:

This month is for you. For every part of you, especially the parts you were told to hide. I don’t need to know your name or your story to tell you this from the bottom of my heart: you matter. You belong. You are enough.

If you’re carrying pain, fear, or doubt, please know this: you’re not alone. You are not broken. You are not a mistake. You are not too much or not enough. You are a full, radiant human being, and your existence makes this world a better place.

Whether you’re out, hiding, questioning, loud and proud, or still figuring things out, you deserve love, respect, and the freedom to be who you are, unapologetically.

Don’t let the judgment of others dim your light. Their discomfort is not your responsibility. You don’t need to shrink yourself to make others feel comfortable. You don’t need to earn the right to take up space, you already have it.

Just be who you are!

And if you’ve been taught to feel shame for simply being who you are, please let me remind you: there is nothing shameful about love. Nothing shameful about being different. Nothing shameful about you. I’m a Christian and I was taught that EVERYONE deserves love! No religion should be treating people like that and I’m so sorry if that happened to you.

YOU deserve to feel safe in your skin, to laugh, to dance, to love loudly and live fully!

So take a breath. Look in the mirror. Be gentle with yourself. Celebrate yourself! not just this month, but every day you wake up and choose to exist as you in a world that doesn’t always understand.

This Pride Month, I hope you find moments of joy, softness, celebration, and connection. I hope you feel loved, even if it’s just from these words!

Pamper yourself, take care and your beautiful soul. You are so so so loved!
