Me personally, Hisui and Karen are immediately off the table. I understand Karen’s character, and that she was happy to see Loke move on… but she was not it. And Hisui’s sweet, but I feel like there are better characters. Like Freed! I don’t really know Brandish because she’s beyond where I’m caught up to in Fairy Tail, so I can’t place an opinion on her — so this poll is more like a ‘process of elimination’ for me..

However, as far as what I like about Freed goes, he’s a pretty neat character! He’s serious about his missions and quests, and if someone needs to learn something, he’ll leave them to it. Like the perfect mix between dependable and… independable? But in a good way, y’know. And outside of that, even, his loyalty and the way he shows it is both amazing and kinda cute. He still has morals, yes, but he’ll only ever bend them for that one person he’s loyal to; showing unbreaking dedication.
