You by simply private messaging one of the Elder Angels. Once you pm one of them they will start asking you questions like why do you want to ? And so on. You will get an approval or rejection notice in a couple hours up to a day.

Don't be afraid to pm one of the Elder Angels we are all very nice and loving people who care alot for the community.
